All payments made towards recruitment services, consultancy charges, sourcing fees, advance retainers, or hiring support are non-refundable.
Once recruitment activities, sourcing operations, candidate coordination, screening, or hiring support processes have been initiated, refunds shall not be applicable under normal business circumstances.
3. Replacement Policy
Celest Recruitment Solutions may provide candidate replacement support subject to the following conditions:
Replacement availability depends on the job position, hiring category, and service agreement.
Replacement timelines may vary based on the role, industry, location, and candidate availability.
Replacement clauses are applicable only if mutually agreed upon during client onboarding or mentioned in the commercial agreement/proposal.
Replacement support does not guarantee immediate candidate availability or joining confirmation.
4. Conditions for Replacement Support
Replacement assistance may not apply in situations including but not limited to:
Salary delays or non-payment by the client
Poor work environment or policy disputes
Role changes after hiring
Candidate termination due to organizational restructuring
Employee resignation beyond the agreed replacement period
Miscommunication regarding job responsibilities or working conditions
Client-side hiring process delays
5. Customized Commercial Agreements
Certain positions, bulk hiring projects, executive hiring mandates, or specialized recruitment services may have customized commercial terms and replacement clauses.
In such cases, the mutually signed agreement, proposal, or email confirmation between Celest Recruitment Solutions and the client shall prevail over this general policy.
6. Service Limitation
Celest Recruitment Solutions acts as a recruitment and staffing support partner. Final hiring decisions, employee management, retention, performance evaluation, payroll handling, and operational control remain solely under the client company’s responsibility.

Long-term employee retention
Business outcomes
Workforce performance
Immediate hiring closure timelines
